Giveaway: The World Kitchen Box

This week’s giveaway is a super cool World Kitchen Box from GlobeIn. GlobeIn is an online marketplace that curates fair-trade, handcrafted goods from artisans around the world into a monthly themed “globe in a box.”

Each selected item supports a farmer or small business and comes with a story about the craftsperson and how the product was created. Every month a new collection of gems is chosen and customers can purchase a box outright or subscribe to receive a box monthly.

What you need to know:

  • This month’s box comes with a mini ceramic made in Tunisia and a hand-woven towel from Guatemala
  • Includes Madagascar pure ground vanilla and Inka salt from Peru
  • And fresh Nicaraguan coffee with Indonesian coconut sugar
  • This giveaway is available to readers worldwide
  • Our cats and biased judges will pick someone on Sunday night at 6pm PST

    I *love* the idea of a fair-trade “globe in a box”! And one for my kitchen? That’d be fantastic!
    While all of the edible delights would be really appreciated, the fiber artist in me is particularly attracted to the hand-woven towel. I’d love to have the opportunity to have a close look at it, and see how it could inspire my own weaving. And, of course, I would use it, too – just like I want people to use the things I make for them – because that’s what it’s been made for!

    Sharing truly is caring! Thanks for this giveaway. Having been to Peru & driven through Guatemala to get to Belize, my heart warmed instantly when I saw this giveaway. Handcrafted items are hands down the absolute best. I can only imagine all the treasures you’ve come back with from your travels.
