Share Your Story About Failure

Failure is an opportunity for growth, or so we hear. Yet failure stories are often presented in the context of an ultimate recovery and “win.”

Does every failure need to lead to such a recovery? What if failure is a natural part of the human condition, something to be accepted and even welcomed?
